Cambodia Angkor Air Sale Crashes Site

Post by wackyjacky »

I saw the sale on a travel blog I read and I've been trying to see if it's actually a deal or not all morning. CAA is offering $0 fares then adds fuel surcharges and such. Maybe it's the real deal since the site has crashed. May be worth a look.

No problem as long it's only the site that crashes.

I didn't much care for the experience on their prop job, the ATR. On the Airbus it seemed like a different airline and every bit as good as BKK Air.

You don't suppose it's on purpose do you? Free publicity for a good sale and then not allow anyone to buy tickets?

Maybe, but honestly I think that you're overestimating these knuckleheads. I saw on another blog that the fucking fuel surcharges brought the BKK-REP price up to $70 (ow) from a zero dollar fare. It's no sale at all, on that route anyway. It looks like a marketing scam. Fuel is cheaper than it's been in a long time.

This is odd, I just accessed the site through Opera and I was unsuccessful on a dozen occasions on my tablet and 'puter using Chrome. I found one good fare SV - SR for $50 (RT) and that's the one I was looking for.
