The boat Koh Damlong – Sihanoukville departs at 4 pm daily.

Koh Damlong island is located 50 km far from Sihanoukville and this is the one of the “Must-see” places in South-East Asia. You’ll have a fascinating sea-voyage and excursion on the island.

It looks great but it is really expensive for me. :(

How Damlong is your Koh ??? Judging from the pics, I think your ferry might need some work ;)

Had to look it up to see where it is. If it is only 400m by 200m big, its a very small island. Much too far to travel by small boat for me

I wonder how many backpackers you could cram onto the island ? :)

I've never heard of it. I thought "damlong" was the name of a fruit in Khmer or something, LoL.

I am sure it means sweet potato. We would say damlong barang for potato.

This website mentions Treasure Island Bungalows on the island.

Damlung (change the 'o' for a 'u') is a measure of gold in Khmer.
Maybe it's supposed to be Damlung Island (Treasure Island).

It's near Koh Rong? Look far from mainland, but seem a quiet place.
