Australian International Travel Ban Extended.

Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

Can't follow the government logic here. It would appear that the Trudeau creature is stoned out of his mind on the medical marijuana or has motives that he won't disclose.
So Paul, Trudeau does indeed have a love affair with the Chinese.
As for provincial travel bans, seems crazy to me that a Canadian cannot freely travel within their own country. As for the American boarder being closed. I hear there are still Americans getting into Canada via BC on the grounds that they are heading to their vacation home in Alaska then they never go.
My entire life can be summed up in one sentence:
"Well that didnt go as planned".

fuck fuck fuck
With Australia's borders set to remain closed for some time, we have cancelled most international flights until late October," a Qantas spokesperson told AAP.
“We still have some flights scheduled across the Tasman in the coming months, with the expected travel bubble between Australia and New Zealand.
"Should travel between Australia and other countries open up and demand returns, we can add more flights back into our schedule."
It comes after Tourism Minister Simon Birmingham said Australia’s borders likely wouldn’t reopen until 2021 and encouraged Australians to holiday within the country.
But wait chinese students can fly in . We need thier money

And he quoted on tv this morning , the fact that Australians spend 52 billion ? dollars more overseas than international visitors spend in Australia, so we should be spending more of our money travelling in Australia before travelling overseas. So yes, it's all about the money.

Queensland is set to begin charging international arrivals quarantined in hotels up to $200 for each day of their mandatory two-week stay.
It will be the first Australian state to charge overseas arrivals after national cabinet signed off on the plan last month.
From July, individual travellers can expect to pay about $2800 while pairs will need to pay $3700.
Families of up to four people could pay up to $4620

Wait. Let me get this straight. The borders are closed except for a few returning aussies (most of which would've already come back since March) and some chinese students.

How much money will they make?

And when the borders are finally lifted, won't this encourage tourists to come...not.
