Yes, PNH is far and away the best international airport I have ever been through as far as the time from getting off the plane to exiting the terminal.

It's available in the app store and seems to work.

Reluctant to test it, you have to scan your passport to use it.
You can do it manually, that's what I did, I cannot scan it, perhaps my phone is too old A12.
Will use the bic in my backpack instead..... Most flight to Phnom Penh aren't that entertaining I will be too busy to fill.in the card.
In the rainy season they can get quite interesting. Filling in a card with your trusty BIC might prove difficult too.
Obv I am getting old but the font on those cards is soooo small. Nobody else has issues filling them out? It reminds me of those cards you used to scratch off to put the code in for your phone. I had to take a picture of it and enlarge it
In MHO i would say nobody checks what you write on it, last couple of times i tried (for joke) to write complete nonsense and unreadable things on it: nobody complained ever !!

This morning it took me 11 minuets from the time I stepped off the plane to the time I was waiting for a bus at the bus stop outside the airport. No baggage to pick up.
I used the e-arrival form, showed the immigration officer the page on my phone and in less than a minuet was handed my passport back. So easy, but what happens when leaving the country from a land boarder like Koh Kong with no piece of paper in the passport to say you '' arrived ''.

Used to be part of the Texas law until a few years back.

A Moral Turpide offense could get a license yanked and blacklisted. Something less than disorderly conduct that someone got offended over and subsequently complained about.

Being blacklisted in Texas also meant being blacklisted in every other state.

Just like failing a mandatory drug test.

Some countries, like the US, use it as a pit stop to run passengers through databases of no fly lists or persons of interest. Checking in notifies Homeland Security that you are there and readies agents to be waiting for you (or at your transit or final destination) for secondary inspection or even denial of entry.

When countries require me to pre-notify them for my arrival, so be it. I get that, and of course have to comply.

My point is developing an app for just this is silly. A web portal will do, is much cheaper for them, and much more convenient for me, the traveler. I'm not one of those aiming for the largest amount of apps on my phone as possible, especially not those 'single task, one time' apps. They're a waste of storage space, I have to make the effort to download them, to delete them afterwards, and hope they won't behave badly in the mean time, like looking around in my phone and sending data to their server.

Can someone explain the question on the e-arrival system for me?

it's asking "entering and departing cambodia"
last city
next city

i am confused. wtf does that mean? the last city you are arriving from? if i am transiting in DOHA.. that means the last city was doha?

or does this mean specifically Cambodia?
last city - PP
next city : PP

totally confused
