The reason I'm not convinced by any of these conspiracy theories is that if these people have so much control, how come things aren't running so smoothly for them?

I mean, war is never completely smooth. But where do you think they are having serious problems keeping the psyop on track?

I'm genuinely curious, because to me everything looks completely predictable, smooth and frankly a bit boring. I would appreciate a different perspective.

The US has agricultural worker visas, that demand employers take care of workers from other countries and pay them fair wages. Why bother to take care of workers when there is a disposable slave class? (Just like in Rome?)


With unchecked illegal immigration, these workers are pushed out. Illegals are abused. The system is broken.

Venal political expediency sees advantages in the delivery of low-cost food products to voters. This has meant that America became a net importer of fruit and vegetables sometime in the 1970s, greatly to the disadvantage of its own producers, who are outnumbered by voters. Biggest provider? Mexico by far, aided by preferential duty rates on its products that are specifically designed to encourage exports from them to the US. This is what has destroyed the working class of US farm labourers. American growers who still choose to compete simply cannot afford to pay their workers fair (US) wages, that's why they employ 'illegals'.

European governments avoid this by subsidising local food production. A whole tranche of idiot Americans see this kind of government intervention as the thin edge of a Marxist-Leninist wedge to bring down the western world, and US farm workers have paid for this attitude with their livelihoods. American food producers actually voted against subventions because they were convinced by political lobbyists that this would increase competition within the US to their disadvantage.

It is, of course, far easier for some people to blame 'illegals' or even potential fellow US competitors for the state of the US fruit and vegetable industry, rather than doing some basic research. This is also precisely what many of the US politicians that you vote for - generally on the right - want you to do, instead of scrutinising their political record. Divide and rule.
