Who would care?
London Has Fallen (2016) movie synopsis:
In London for the Prime Minister's funeral, Mike Banning discovers a plot to assassinate all the attending world leaders.
I think 50 years ago, most would regard such a scenario as an evil plot they had to help stop.
Nowadays, except for Iceland's govt, who would even care?
Half of us might even volunteer to help rid the world of corrupt scum.
UK, Australia, America, Canada, Germany, Turkey, SA, just a few spring to mind that could not possibly lose if the ruling class were completely replaced, even incarcerated and charged for tax evasion/ corruption.
So, would you try to stop the killers, sit back and watch, or help?

London Has Fallen was such shit that it made God's of Egypt look good, both of which I saw a few weeks ago during a escape from the desert.

Re: Who would care?
theres a few "anarchist" that hand around shv and go on about how the rockerfellers have taken control of everything and the fbi are listening to them etc etc
then say that they should all be removed and replaced with people similar to the themselves no doubt) and then we can have some lawless anarchic government to free the oppressed etc etc
well, right up until their pension/super annuation stops because no one is doing any work!

Re: Who would care?
Legally wrong? No. Morally wrong? 150%. David Cameron not only attacked Jimmy Carr's legal use of tax avoidance schemes but then has been caught avoiding tax himself. He is a hypocrite of the highest order and a drain on society. Dodging inheritance tax - that is tax on money which you did nothing for - is an action of total scum.SinnSisamouth wrote:so when these ruling classes are replaced what would we call these new people in charge?

Thanks for the tip, I haven't seen it yet.
But the question remains...
Cameron hasn't done anything wrong...Panama, cough.

Re: Who would care?
People in glass houses springs to mind, tax evasion envy. So none of the complainers have ever used or paid somebody cash to do a job cheaper than accepting an Invoice. The odd bit of building work, painting, car mechanic it is still Tax evasion.
It is also hypocritical that the Guardian Newspaper that released the story in the UK also used similar schemes, as have various UK Trade Unions.
As for inheritance tax, I can assure you that a great many ''working class' /average people in their early 60's that have worked all their lives and own property in the UK are using whatever means they can to avoid the Inheritance Tax, gifting property, cash and why not it is not Illegal.

Never paid cash in hand. Paid 100% of my taxes until the day I no longer needed to. Assuring me that other people are avoiding tax does not make it any more morally correct to do so.Mr Cynical wrote:People in glass houses springs to mind, tax evasion envy.
