I say, “Look at my ticket then.” He says, “Move on, mate.” I say, “No, you disrespectful fuck, if you’re going to make me line up to prove I have a ticket, you are going to inspect it.” I convey my displeasure in a rather confronting manner and I’m immediately surrounded by a semi circle of six security guards trying to be intimidating.

The security guy in a poor attempt at a commanding voice returns with “We are able to restrict your travel if you create a disturbance, mate.” I look him square in the eye and respond “Restrict my travel, I fuckin’ dare you!!” I wait then repeat myself “I dare any one of you to stop me. Go on, restrict my travel.” Nothing. I turn and walk away.

If you’re going to make me line up to prove I have a train ticket after already having done so, you’re going to actually check it.

I don't know what it is with that job, but it seems to attract society's biggest wankers.

I've been in two (from memory) confrontations with security dicks. I respect that they have a job to do even if it is ridiculous sometimes, but there's a respectful way to speak to people, and then there's the wrong way.

I'm generally compliant enough, I might mentally roll my eyes at it but I don't make a a scene unless some self important little fuckwit starts barking directions at me when I did nothing to deserve it.
