What's happening in your life?

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

After a while, she told me it was the pregnancy test result of her friend that has gotten married. I asked her why she didn’t tell me at the start, she said I never asked and just assumed. Woman joke?
Really weird. Can't wait to hear how this one will evolve.

Where do you live in Thailand that requires and actively enforces that ?
Dont you live in Pattaya? They require it, as does Phuket and many others.
Bangkok, only when you leave the country.
I do and we don’t in Pattaya which is why I was surprised. Like Bangkok we do our overseas returns but my condo does it online for us so no actual visit. The immigration chief here specifically clarified the position some time ago presumably worried his office would go into total overload/meltdown and common sense prevails. I knew the Bangkok guys don’t and guys in various other part said of the country I know don’t have to. Maybe just the Chiang Mai and Phiket money grabbers then.
Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.

Sounds like she was just testing your reaction. Had you previously said you didn't want children or something?

Still on the wagon, six weeks already. Ganga stillmimpssibkd to buy. Drinking Carlton Zero alcohol free beer. Missus and kids got the permanent visa last week. Spent much time this morning on paperwork to qualify her for the dole. Only thing they didn’t want to see was the visa! Her birthday yesterday, getting old 34 now. Went to the beach with a nice white and a couple of dozen oysters.
Last week flew to the Gold Coast and drove back in the Uber, 2014 Hyundai diesel. Big car, got 5.1 litres a hundred Ks. Drove 700ks to Rocky the first night, stayed in a lovely colonial pub. HQ for MacArthurs 2ic in 42/43. 40,000 American troops stationed there.
Next day up at sparrows and drove 1035 Ks to Cairns. Bloody dangerous at night, tailed a semi the last 150ks. He was doing 100 up and down hills and swatting the kangaroos out of the way.
Missus is waiting now for her mate who is driving to Sarina tonight to see his sick mum. He is a limo driver, XJ Jaguar long wheelbase, twin turbo diesel V8. Aluminium body so does 5.5 per 100 Ks. Sarina a sugar town north of Rocky so about 900 Ks. Good luck to them, fucking long drive.
Lovely weather here at last, good for the sports car.
Growing old disgracefully.

Spoiler:
CEO Forum
. I didn't want to go '' cold turkey '' so I took to taking something a lot weaker and not so addicting like
Spoiler:
tof
. I weened myself down from 5 minuets a day to 1 minuet a day in just 3 days and found myself totally cured at the end of my self medication treatment.

Not wasting so much time on here has allowed me to do so many other things like , umm , umm I dont know , let me think,,,, there must have been something .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

I currently live in Bueng Kan, right on the Mekong river. I came back from Myanmar late last year to do online teaching full-time. Now with the ability to earn a decent salary from almost anywhere in the world, the lure of Thailand has suddenly diminished.....

Be careful what you wish for. Your first visit to the department of immigration to extend your visa (or an agent) might change your feelings.

But keep us posted on visa ventures. Interesting to see how digital nomads (I happened to be one too) sail in the KoW.

SEX SELLS very well, so put on some sexy lowcut clothing and stand there with your book . It's almost a guarantee you will get more clicks ,,,, to look at your book.

Oh, and there's nothing with that sexy good-looking chick in the photo . Who is she ? A movie star ?
