What's happening in your life?

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

I've joined Shaun Attwood's True Crime Podcast research team. He and Sonia Poulton present a live three-hour podcast on Saturday nights, which requires a lot of research and fact checking.
I'm thrilled to be involved!

Hehe he has had his channel for ages, he started off with prison stories then got into investigating Clinton and Bush. That lead to Epstein and he now has more than 300 Epstein related videos on his channel.
He's teamed up with Sonia Poulton, who has an excellent investigative journalism and broadcasting background.
They want to discuss unsolved crimes around the world, as well as current events.

As a former investigative journalist who was fired by Fairfax for an anti-vax story (I didn't realise it was an 'anti-vax' story at the time), this is great!

Decided to treat myself to a new camera, mic and lenses. Suffice to say the Fujifilm xt4 mirrorless camera, new glass and mic setup makes the old Nikon d7000 DSLR brick I was using appear pretty ancient. Added to a new GoPro as well as some other new audio gear, I'm getting a nice gorilla run and gun kit together. I can't blame the equipment any more, sadly.

I play with my tools again. I missed that while in Cambodia, but there wasn't the necessary material and tools. A long wait indeed before beiing back to crafting stuff.

Nice, welcome to the Fuji world KFH, I find it a personally more enjoyable system to use than Nikon. Especially like using old vintage manual lenses with an adapter as well as their own AF lenses.
