Polls, commentators, and a neighbor who acts like my octopus for calling football, elections, and my chances of picking up on a night out, are overwhelming calling Harris the winner.

Harris very well prepared apparently and Trump, well, being Trump.
" baseless assertions" immigrants eating dogs ? You are a well traveled expat . Many countries citizens eat dogs . Very public knowledge that 100+ different countries "immigrants" new to usa . They all stopped eating dogs when they got to usa ? Are they all new vegetarians ? Tds alive and well
It was a false claim made about a specific town proven to be false by that town's own city manager.

Haitians are mostly Christian and don't eat cats or dogs except in extreme circumstances, which they have many of but manage.
They should not be conflated with Chinese who eat anything with legs except tables etc. 8)
Springfield police and officials have said in response to the narrative that there are no widespread instances of Haitian immigrants stealing pets to eat them.
In a statement on Tuesday, a Springfield police spokesperson said, "In response to recent rumors alleging criminal activity by the immigrant population in our city, we wish to clarify that there have been no credible reports or specific claims of pets being harmed, injured or abused by individuals within the immigrant community."

America is moribund, deaf, blind, numb. Americans are stupid, ignorant people. How terrifying they are!

Trump repeated his few stock lines about millions and millions of criminals pouring over the borders four times at least!

No discussion of global warming...

LET THE WORLD BURN ! Thanks a lot AMERICA !

The Federalist outlet was also able to obtain audio of a man reporting the incident to a local dispatcher, which was included in the article.

“I’m sitting here, I’m riding on the trail, I’m going to my orientation for my job today, and I see a group of Haitian people, there was about four of ’em, they all had geese in their hands,” the caller said.
Sounds very credible, sitting while riding a trail and going to a job orientation while counting Haitians with geese.
