Senator Anning Egged at Press Conference and Punches Teenager after comments on NZ shooting

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

You can watch his videos on youtube, and he does tell you how he really feels - like an ultranationalistic, neo-Nazi, pro-terrorist idiot. Here's an article about a judge berating him for being childish and impudent in court, including a video of him verbally abusing an ex-senator of Iranian descent. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-03-13/ ... st/9542114. I hope the Australian police are watching him very closely, and everyone related to the UPF, and anyone who says that "this is to be expected" or a "natural reaction" or whatever.

You know why the senator was so angry? The guy used a brown egg instead of a white one.

What a little fucking cunt. Too bad the senator didn't get a more direct blow to his face. He deserved a broken nose.

Who's a c**t ? Are you mixed up RB, or do you really think that Egg Boy is a c**t ? This thread is not very clear, but long story short, a right-wing Australian senator got egged by a kid, because he was disrespecting the NZ victims and spouting right-wing hate speech against Muslims.

More than $5000 raised on gfme to buy eggs against hate speech. It's people's way of saying they are with the victims, with the NZers, and against those who try to stir up hatred between people of different religions.
In my world, these are not the crazy people. I'm with the KIwis and Jacinda (NZ PM).

17yo boy eggs a senator. That's cuntish and he wasn't raised properly. If he has something to say and doesn't approve of the senator and his thoughts, there are other ways. I have no comment on the opinion of the senator, tbh I didn't follow, and I don't know their politics enough to care. I'm not a big fan of social justice warriors causing public disruption. The senator has a platform, duly elected. He might have everything wrong, but he speaks his truth, and if the people don't like it, they don't need to vote for him again. (or was he appointed?) Either way, I respect people who are bold enough to speak their truth even when unpopular. There's enough PC politicians that pander to popular opinion.

Sadly, I now need to also state my own opinion to be clear. I do not approve of violence of any kind and think what happened is abhorrent. I do however believe in freedom of speech, with words, not eggs.

What the senator said:
Following the shooting, Anning issued a statement saying that, “while Muslims may have been the victims today, they are usually the perpetrators” of violence. Fraser also lashed out at “Muslim fanatics” who, he said, should not have been allowed to immigrate to New Zealand.
Will Connolly AKA Egg Boy: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know
He also tweeted a clip of himself talking ruefully about what he had learned from his experience: “Don’t egg politicians and get tackled by 30 bogans at the same time,” Connolly says, rubbing his face.

It doesn't matter what he said in regards to the snot nosed kids behavior in public. The truth is that 17yo boys think they know everything and they do not. They still have a shit ton to learn, and should be reserving their activism for a time when they are more well informed and articulate.

The idiot kid could take the advice of Dr. Jordan Peterson in 12 rules for life. "Clean up your room." A reference to getting your own life in order before you go out and tell everyone else how to live theirs.

Shutting up free speech does not bring out the truth. All sides need to be heard in civil discourse for the truth to become evident.

I just hate what that kid did, and wish I could have socked it to him too. Its about respect. Too bad he didn't lose a few teeth. If more people reacted like that, people would think twice about calmly pulling stunts like that.

What part of the Senators claims do you disagree with? He is not nearly alone in his thoughts. Its not rare.

Well, aren't you clever. Discipline is necessary for children who are disrespectful. If someone egged me, I would definitely lash out.

Violence? That's shooting up innocent people indiscriminately. These are two very different things. One is correction, the other is a travesty of misplaced rage and anger.

So far, I have stayed out of jail and without assault charges because while I would love to punch someones teeth out at times, I do not, because I do not believe in violence, and I do have self control. See? The statements do not contradict. Good try though.
