In a tweet sent last night by @RusEmbUSA Russia in USA (certified account) they rammed another one home into the pink:

"The Russian Defense Ministry @MoD_Russia is ready for the practical implementation of agreements in the area of global security reached in Helsinki between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump"

Clearly, they must be aware that this is news to anyone in the US (and in the West as well). WTH did Trump agree to? Also, did the 45th mention any of this in his back-pedalling session yesterday?

Also, never trust a guy quoting Breitbart as a credible source. They are "the media" also.

Thank you for the clarification but then either that forum definition or your simple "not Cambodia" response should be reworded (f.e., "we understand that it says "whether it relates to Cambodia or not." but ...").
