For something like graffiti, you get bail. But then you take one person's allegation as fact. Despite there not being any Western reporting of anything like this happening in Russia.

But on this note. I'm an EU citizen and in some countries, it is even illegal to support Russia. They will literally arrest you for having an opinion. Plus they block websites they don't like. We are also ruled by an unelected council. The EU is very much like China when it comes to democracy. The only difference is that China is not hypocrites about it.

I suspect your daughter did something more than just graffiti. I am aware of the law that you cannot spread disinformation about the Russian army. Perhaps that is why she is in jail, but again, I doubt it.
