Here is the output from The CDC, WHO, NHC and The Chinese Government.

It scrapes the databases and makes them easy to see.

There are some fascinating databases on the Genome Sequencing, Mutations and Tracebacks to the Source.

Next Post for those interested.

Here is the Genome Data - there is a thread online of the real doctors and experts from the CDC and WHO and universities sharing this stuff.

The nCoV genomes were generously shared by scientists at the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center & School of Public Health, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, at the National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention, China CDC, Beijing, China, at the Institute of Pathogen Biology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, Beijing, China, at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan, China, at the Department of Microbiology, Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Hangzhou, China, at the Guangdong Provincial Center for Diseases Control and Prevention at the Department of Medical Sciences, National Institute of Health, Nonthaburi, Thailand, and at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, USA, via GISAID. We gratefully acknowledge the Authors, Originating and Submitting laboratories of the genetic sequence and metadata made available through GISAID on which this research is based.

Other nCoV genomes were shared by scientists at the University of Hong Kong and US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention via Genbank. We gratefully acknowledge their contributions.

Interesting article on the virus here:

https://www.statnews.com/2020/01/24/dna ... mutations/

Most important I got out of it is it seems the virus jumped from an animal once and everything after that is human-human infections.
Very little variety is seen between the genomes of samples of the virus across the world.

If ever there was a case for the world to quarantine CHINA, no flights or vessels in or out for one month, NO exceptions, then the above image is a good as it gets. That way they can deal with this shitshow and leave the rest of us in relative health. But, of course they wont. Too much money at stake. Better a few thousand people die. Cheaper that way.

The fact that flights are still arriving here from the epicentre is baffling. This is one country where it could spread very quickly with so many people living in multi-person homes and very much cheek to jowl living conditions.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
