Nigerians...again?

What is it with Nigerians? Online scams, drug dealing, all sorts of criminal activities. I mean, you dont hear about Kenyans being arrested, or Zimbabweans, Namibians, Liberians, Mauritians....no, always bloody Nigerians. Are they trained from babies to be crims as part of the national culture? Maybe every country in the world should put a block on anyone with a Nigerian passport. Might inconvenience a lot of people but would cut down the crime rate in third world countries. Although it wouldnt stop the online scams....unless we could also block their internet? What we need is someone like Trump in charge of the whole world to make these sort of crazy but effective decisions. Or maybe not, I probably dont really care. I am just bored and filling in time until lunch.

I’ve always wondered that myself. Part of me thinks it’s just ruthless ambitiousness.

Nigerians are one of the most successful immigrant groups in the U.S. Today, 61 percent of Nigerian-Americans over the age of 25 hold a graduate degree, compared to 32 percent for the U.S.-born population, according to the Migration Policy Institute.

Genius.
“President Trump doesn’t want Africans flooding into his country. But let’s be honest. Who really does? Certainly not any other world leader of this era. Trump just happens to be the one bold or uncaring enough to say the quiet part out loud. He’s the rare white politician sparing us the trouble of deciphering what he might think. And Nigerians love him for it.” By Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani

Yes you do, if you had been following the news for a while you'd notice there have been Kenyans, South Africans, Ghanaians, Sierra Leoneans, Guineans, Congolese and likely other arrested here too. Nigeria is also the most populous country in Africa and there are respectable Nigerians too, they just don't get in the news that often. Northbridge International School was set up by a Nigerian.

I suspect the Corona virus lock downs will result in permanent changes. One of these changes will be restricting immigration.

Au contraire mon ami, I think not. I follow the Khmer Times and PP Post daily and have only ever seen Nigerians engaged in such despicable acts. And this article comes from the VN Express, and is not the first time I have seen Nigerians in trouble in the SR of V. But as always I will be thrilled to be proved wrong by a sufficient body of evidence enough to turn the heart of the firmest believer.

The first thing I got on a search was this:
[Mod edit: bad link]
I'm not in the mood to search for more. I agree Nigerians make up the vast majority of African criminals here but there are others.
