N Korea Wins !

Personally I find the non-release of 'The Interview' shameful (even though it sucks), but I'm sure the theater owner's insurance providers had their ears on this. Maybe it will make more $$ on DVD & download now than it would have with theater distribution. What do you think about the bizarre Kim Jung Un threats censoring the entertainment industry ? The Supreme leader is shown with a couple of women pilots in front of a Mig-15 that were designed in the '40's. How embarrassing. These jets should be in a museum not protecting a country. They are just alum. moving targets for anything faster than a biplane.

I just watched "The Dictator" and it sure looked like it was an A-rab take off on this Bozo. I wonder who wipes this dweebs butt?

I forgot, the NATO designation for the MIG-15 is "Fagot." Well, with the supreme leader, it takes one to know one.

I thought this news was crazy. I can't believe they're not going to show it because of a few death threats from North Korean hackers.

This whole thing will really give terrorist groups new ideas (or at least is a good example) on how to really wreak havoc on US soil.

North Korea canceling movie premiers in the States? Yikes.

At least 'Team America' got out there. It was somewhat amusing.

America is officially the land of the weak and afraid.

How very sad, when even their the powerful institutions won't event stick up for themselves . :(

If I was an exec at Sony, I would've said, "Well, we're not going to make any money on this one, but we are going to make a damn good point."

And then posted it on YouTube.

Sony would then become the coolest brand in the world.

Guess that's why I'm not an exec at Sony.

What a bunch of pussies.

Since when is Sony an American "powerful institution"? It is a Japanese private company. This situation is not even remotely a reflection of "America", as a people or a government.

Anyway, although I find the decision by Sony to pull their movie quite ridiculous, so was their decision to make a movie based on that premise. No country would be remain silent if a movie was made about the assassination of their current leader. Let some country promote and release a movie premised upon "Let's murder Putin" or "Let's blow up Obama" and see if there is no severe retribution, both public and covert, from motivated private citizens and government agencies from Russia or the US. This is the first time North Korea has reacted rationally.
