Innovative DUI Checkpoint Approach
The guy in FL gets through the checkpoint w/out opening his window hanging a plastic bag w/a paper stating - "I remain silent. No searches. I want my lawyer." Then it sites the applicable FL statutes. LINK: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/01 ... ar-window/

Eventually the Americans are going to need to simply eliminate the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights. It is simply too inconvenient to a properly functioning police state.

Or the sheeple get tired of the police state and do their "Duty" as written in the Declaration of Independence when our forefathers stood up in places like Lexington and Concord and threw the tyrants out. (Unlike most other countries we still have the right to arm ourselves against tyrants both foreign and domestic.)
