Something like this happened in Thailand years ago. They had a war on drugs, killed a lot of people, eliminated a lots of the competition and settled a lot of past scores. All in the name of getting rid of drugs. Yes, total madness, and this guy is obviously mentally unstable and/or has a lot of scores to settle and one of them is with America/Americans. Cut off ALL his aid/money and watch him squeal. Yes, China will give him dribs and drabs of aid and second class military equipment, but with lots a strings attached and being that the Chinese are Cheap-Charlies, not enough aid to make any difference. I wonder how soon the steam of expats starts from the PP to Cambo/Snookyville?
