My money will be on a Democrat as the perp. Once this is all investigated.... given the lefts propensity for violence and calls for violence by some of the highest ranking members of the Democrat party. Then watch the MSM quickly forget all about it.

Unlike Trump, who does not congratulate a Republican politician for body-slamming a journalist, he did not tell supporters he would pay their legal fees if they turned violent against protesters, he did not star in a WWE skit taking out someone with a CNN logo. A right Mahatma Gandhi he be.....

Trump does not pretend to be Gandhi. He also does not preach the politically correct drivel and guilt others into obedience. Agree or disagree, he is clear where he stands. Sounds like he is pretty clear where he stands to me too.in 2000 Trump wrote that he generally opposed gun control, but supported the ban on assault weapons...
In 2015 He proposed eliminating prohibitions on assault weapons, military-style weapons and high-capacity magazines (which Trump described as "scary sounding phrases" used by gun control advocates "to confuse people"), as well as making concealed carry permits valid nationwide
