Now that is a little awkward for us "middle-aged" isn't it?

I think if forum members can have empathy for grown men that are alcoholics or drug users, then criticizing a child with a mental disability is a bit hypocritical, don't you? It's not like she made a conscious choice to have this mental flaw and it is not as if she knew the consequences and ordered another.

Did you ever meet somebody with autism before? She has admitted to her diagnosis numerous times in public.

She’s a kid with a disorder and the disorder is probably the main driving force of her activism. She’s clearly dealing with a lot of anxiety and anger from fear of an uncertain future.

Asperger’s syndrome was removed in DSM-5 and replaced by autism spectrum disorder. The diagnosis is no longer given. There are various degrees of autism instead.
