UK goes exercise mad

Post by la8rat »

Just come back from my once a day allowed bike ride.
Can't move for people and I purposely picked an out of the way mountain bike route and avoided all canal tow paths.
I've seen people up on the hills walking that I know, who have probably never been for a walk in their lifes before.

It's good that they are getting some exercise I guess.
A lie can get round the world faster than the truth can get its boots on.

Pub-arm atrophy is a very dangerous side-effect. I suggest stocking up on supplies, and maintain a rigorous exercise regime at home!!

My prediction is this will last 3 months and it will result in a lot of much slimmer people (me) and some very very bad hairdos. First stop barber, second stop PUB!!

The law allows you to administer booze to children for medicinal reasons.

Mr Motivator is back!!

Remember this old chancer from the 80's? Well, Mr Motivator, aka Derick Evans, is back on the BBC daily plus he has his own YouTube channel which is getting plugged endlessly. Next week Mr Blobby will be making a return to make all the couch potatoes feel better about themselves...

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
