I keep pleasant company, but am depressed by the world of winners, which seems to be comprised solely of very rich egomaniacal pricks... Lawyers and entrepreneur Brits, Americans and Arab mama's boys, silly princes, rich fakey painters and their patrons -- scions of the art world who inherited all their money from their parents. They have orgies in hotels with Londoner and Parisean prima ballerinas, not me...

Most of my friends are harmless and friendly losers like me. I avoid the wealthy schemers and the bum grifters who want to sell you some worthless empty real estate air.

I am lying in a hammock at Prek Treang beach right now. It's ,8:00 a.m.and the morning is full of loud birdsong -- one of the few places in Cambodia you can occasionally enjoy the sounds of pure nature... And there's a strong breeze, so the surf is roaring softly.

No sign here on the beach of the wealthy playboy Frenchmen and their pretty wives and girlfriends like in Siem Reap...

The beach birds are watching me... Suicide is always an option...

Instead of fixating on things you have no control over, and let's face it "they" don't effect you in your everyday life, look at your immediate world.

If you worry about that shit it will send you crazy. It has been that way for 100s of years, if not 1000s and still the world revolves, people are born and people die.
