Dreadful scenes in South Sudan

Post by mammothboy2 »

In Rwanda, the short ones were chopping up the tall ones but over the border in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
it was the tall ones chopping up the short ones ...

In South Sudan, the world's youngest oil-rich spastic basket case, tall Dinkas are currently being very beastly to tall Nuers ...

An ex-VSO chum who did 2 years in South Sudan said that Dinka ladies could give you a leg-lock that was out of this world (perhaps
just about enough of a pleasurable memory to offset the fact that he left the country with bilharzia, malaria and a community of the
cute little critters that make themselves at home, quite uninvited, under one's toenails.*)

* Similar little life-forms are found in the Amazon Basin - " ... such was the devotion of these companions of our travels that
it was not until we returned to Cambridge that we bade farewell to the last of them."
