Re: 8 kids stabbed in Queensland ?
Family tragedy?
Poor kids RIP.
Poor kids RIP.
2.51pm AEST03:51
Lisa Thaiday, a cousin of the 34-year-old woman, told AAP at the scene the children were all siblings.
The woman was their mother, she said.
Thaiday said another sibling, a 20-year-old man, arrived home to find his brothers and sisters dead inside the house.
A Cairns Post reporter has said it was a family friend who found the children.

Re: 8 kids stabbed in Queensland ?
Eight stabbed siblings and another unstabbed siblings, how many siblings do y'all have in Queensland?
Very tragic, I was hoping Australia would have a calm week after the Sydney incident.

Re: 8 kids stabbed in Queensland ?
Seven News reporter Georgina McKerrow told Sky News a step-father was also believed to be living at the premises.
Murray St is located in a community housing-dominated area. The Cairns Post has described the street in the past as 'notorious' for crime and anti-social behaviour.

A specialist team of police are en route from Brisbane, two hours flight south.

Re: 8 kids stabbed in Queensland ?
Looks like the mother of seven of the kids did it, the father turned up about 2 o clock. Torres Strait Islander people, not such a bad neighborhood really. Houses in a tree lined street with a park with lovely big trees.
At least it might get the Moslem hysteria off the front page and that dead cricketer.lots of desperate people in Cairns, most people on welfare, lots of ice, no jobs and fucking hot.I heard today that 150 households a day are having their utilities cut off in Victoria through not paying the bill. Australia is not such a flash place anymore.

One is a 34-year-old woman — whom police confirmed to be the mother of seven of the dead children — and who was being treated for stab wounds to the chest and neck.
The (..stabbed..) woman is “assisting police with their inquiries” and “not in custody”, police said.
