Uk, Canada, Aust and NZ are all pretty homgenous - but that does not make for a complimentary group - they all have similar strengths and weaknesses.
No real advantages bought to the table by coming together - except to get a bit bigger. But the widely seperated locations would prevent that advantage coming into play.in a meaningful way..

I dunno - but the current situation for western ways in Asia does not look bright. There is little chance the USA will provide a viable way forward in this region again - not in a positive, building, way at least.
