Several injured and hundreds trapped after two explosions at 'American Airlines' check-in desk in Brussels Airport

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

As an American, I can't say that violence (if not just tacit support of it) has been one-sided. Surely you know about early British involvement in the area as well (especially the Palestine/Israel thing). I would exclude much of the rest of Europe from that blame, though.
You can debate it all day, but even if there's been near constant fighting for a thousand years (which there has) then ethnically non-European Muslims being allowed to claim citizenship in Europe is a fatal strategic error that is being proven to be a mistake with every further attack.

As I said, my side is decided. I'll understand their justifications for violence but I'll never sympathize with them. Right now, one side is trying to kill me so every Muslim dead or deported is a move in my interests.

For once I have to agree with The Grinch. You have to go after the root cause. This is being funded by oil money from Islamic fundamentalist countries. Saudi has the worst in Wahhabism.

get a backbone;
Get rid of Assad
bomb the fuck out of isis
close the borders to Turkey
DO NOT allow Turkey into the EC

Sometimes violence is the answer when its the only thing some understand
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Yes to closing the borders, no to intervening in the Middle East. That will only end like Vietnam. They are entitled to govern how they want in a Muslim country.

The impetus is to completely crush the Islamic communities within Western countries so that they're as peaceful as the rest of the community, either via threat or force. I agree with the Thai mindset, Thailand is for the Thais and anyone else is just along for the ride and should, like the Khmer workers who flooded back to Cambodia after the coup, be aware of that.

I'm tired of people saying you win by being free of hate. I'm weary of caring about Islam when there appears to be absolutely no effort from Muslims to do anything but act like they're being persecuted after every attack. I'm sick of giving them support when their beliefs are anti-women, anti-gay, anti-child and violent.

History is intolerant and unfair, winners just write history to make it appear as though their side was deserving. I want Europe to remove enough Muslims that they stop attacking Europe, you can judge whether the reaction was fair after the fact, like they did with WW2. The sides are parting and I know quite firmly which side I'm on and who will randomly kill me on the street.

What a load of bullshit mate. Try telling that to my missus, who has 1/2 a foot after standing on an AMERICAN planted mine when she was 3 years old.
The Crusades were started by the Christians against the Muslims, you fukn idiot, in the 1600's.
Talk about history being written by the victors. Name one war in the last 500 years won by the Muslims.
Talk about a race "acting" like they are persecuted after every attack?
Do you really want to get in to the comparison of how many innocent people the fukn yanks have killed, just in the last 12 months, compared to how many 'muricans the "Islamic terrorists" have killed in the last, what, 16 years for instance?
You are an intolerant, xenophobic idiot who should have your passport revoked for ever. Its people like you, with attitudes like you who cause these problems.
You scared little mouse you, best you just stay in front of your computer, in your little bolt hole, where you are safe.
This is in NO WAY supportive of ANY sort of aggression/terrorism or whatever. But after spending a lot of time living in countries with different belief's and cultures, I have learnt that there are 2 sides to every argument. And for the last 2000 odd years, the christians have quite simply, been bullies. Now its coming back to bite them on the arse - KARMA

No, you are mistaken in your years and the causes.

A "Crusade" had been underway on the Iberian peninsula since 711 when Muslim invaders conquered most of the region. Better known as the Reconquista, it lasted until the tiny kingdom of Grenada was reconquered in 1492. In the East, Muslim attacks on land controlled by the Byzantine Empire had been going on for a long time. After the battle of Manzikert in 1071, much of Asia Minor fell to the Seljuk Turks, and it was unlikely that this last outpost of the Roman Empire would be able to survive further concentrated assaults.

For centuries, Christian pilgrims traveled from Europe to Jerusalem. In the 11th century, however, the Seljuk Turks, who were Muslim, began to interfere with these pilgrimages. In 1071, the Seljuk Turks fought against the Byzantine Empire at the Battle of Manzikert. The Byzantines, who were Christian, lost. The Byzantine emperor asked the Christians in Europe to help protect his empire from the Turks. In 1095, Pope Urban II called for a crusade against the Muslims to regain control of Jerusalem.

   @ the bold part. You really must be trying hard to be that stupid. Almost ken svay level absurdity there.

This just proves my theory that pro-Islamic people are merely ignorant people in search of someone to feel superior to. Imbeciles who are supporting their own demise, a demise that will be nothing but entertainment to those who actually studied Islamic history.

I am far from pro Islamic. I'm just EXTREMELY anti xenophobic.
You sort of get that way when you travel a bit and are extended hospitality in different countries and by different cultures that sometimes exceeds what you get in your own.
And definitely exceeds what we offer to other cultures and races.
Makes you ashamed to be xxxxxxxx ( fill in your own nationality here) often and often makes you cringe when you hear an xxxxxxx ( same again) accent over here.
If you don't see/feel that sometimes, then perhaps its best if you just stay at home where you feel all warm and cuddly and safe and comfortable ay?
Oh, hang on, those nasty evil muslims/ darkies/ commies, or whatever the flavour of the decade is, have taken that feeling away?
Sheeeit. Maybe learn tolerance?

Not only are you a dribbling idiot with no knowledge of history, but you lack a single iota of self awareness.

So tolerant!

But please, keep lecturing us and telling us how superior you are because you're filled with self loathing. :thumb:
