I read somewhere that another company they lied about is suing them too, and they've said they won't be settling. They want to make everyone testify under oath in court about what they knew and believed vs what they said on TV.

For the sake of balance:

Dominion’s suit cantered on claims that Fox hosts and guests AMPLIFIED false election-fraud claims. That is, they reported on the claims and gave their opinion on them. It's hard to believe that half of the US voted republican when you look at how the newspapers and TV (apart from Fox and The Wall Street Journal) reports on news items such as this. By the way, I don't believe Biden stole the election - I'm not right-wing and Trump is indeed a buffoon, but what happened to the first amendment? Can you have an alternative view in the vast majority of media in America? Still waiting on Hunter Biden's laptop...
