There is probably no specific conspiracy laws, as the overall conspiracy laws cover robbery, kidnap, murder etc. Make your case, Perry.

There is conspiracy to commit murder legislation. That does not cover robbery, kidnapping or any other crimes other than murder. It's used to charge people who order contract hits.
Learn the law before you make your assumptions. If you were the district attorney you'd cost the state millions in list court cases and law suits.
