Absolutely agree with this definition. Just wanted to have it spelled out, to make sure it's not "the Jews" or sumfin.

Edit: I'd say "military industrial complex" fits quite well...

I'm not sure it was settled so much as just temporarily postponed. I personally think a breakup by relatively peaceful, mutual agreement is better than a breakup through another round of civil war. I can't see any other direction we are heading...
