Not something that you would see today! This is a fine example of four point in-flight refueling, from a giant flying boat tanker. The Convair R3Y Tradewind served the US Navy for just two years, in the 1950's, but was a fine piece of American engineering, but from another age.

This is incredible, especially when you consider this plane was introduced over 50 years ago.

It always amazes me how big many planes I've only seen in pictures are. This video is good for showing scale, and the really bizarre looking exhaust!

Great video!
That is actually a KA-6D tanker version. What you are seeing is the retractable drogue that, in flight, is extended out.
It was strictly set up to be an aerial refueler.
