1st white farmer gets land back under Zimbabwe's new leader

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Am I missing something here? The post appears meaningful to me. Are you suggesting its fake news? I thought AP news was fairly reliable, and it's also posted by Independent http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world ... 24786.html. Surly making a stab at the reverse racism instigated by Mugabe is a step in the right direction.
Taa is referring to the 3 subsequent posts by Imposter which have been trashed along with Imposter himself.
Ahh, all becomes clear! :D :thumb:

I feel you owe me a cat meme for having misjudged my character so grievously. By the way in reference to a previous question I don't buy my Bibles, I steal Gideon Bibles from cheap hotel rooms during orgies.

I used romp with a white Zimbabwean chick when we were both around 19; she had been sent away by her parents out of concern for her safety, and had the biggest natural knockers I've ever seen. Their land had been seized.

I'd love to visit Zimbabwe one day.

I used to write my ex's phone number inside the covers too. She was always talking about secret admirers calling her from around the country =@

back OT
the implication is that Zim was better off before the expulsion of the white farmers.
a little research will show that this is definitely true. i will not cite sources so you can form your own opinion.

Zim as the breadbasket of southern africa is somewhat a fallacy, though no doubt, mugabe gov policy retarded the output with the expulsions in 2001 ( roughly ). sure- they are major producers of grains when managed- so is nigeria.

as a rank outsider with no knowledge of Africa at all other than my SA, Zim and Zam friends- it seems to me that all these countries were much better off in terms of material benefits to their citizens under colonial tutelage; unlike a host of others (India, Australia, Canada et al ) who still remain in the Commonwealth as independent countries that afford a basic living.
i know this is a very unpopular opinion

It was definitely more benign than South Africa, with little legalised racism, but about 100,000 were forcibly resettled in TTLs Tribal Trust Lands, typically unfertile land, far from urban centres, with little water.

The revenge policy for this is part of what made Mugabe so popular.

But food security was one of the best in the world: citrus and deciduous fruit, beef, sheep, poultry, wheat, maize, cotton, tea, fisheries

I personally don't have much time for ' Rhodies' ex-Rhodesians who would turn back the clock, there was undoubtedly injustice. They remind me a bit of a few poms or Americans here who left home in search of decent jobs, and then, when comfortable here, vociferously support the very govt that made their jobsearch necessary.
