Re: fast breeding animal for meat
Goats are absurdly easy to keep, but would there be a market for goat meat here?
In California, a lot of Latin American / Middle-Eastern customers are willing to take the goat home alive, bound hand and foot in the trunk of the car like a kidnap victim

Goats would be one of my favourites for meat raising. Why ? Because with the amount of palm oil plantations and rubber plantations you would be doing the owners of the land a big favour by keeping the undergrowth down by grazing your breeding stock there and not need your own land.

Most goats like to have dry feet but some can endure almost anything:

"... make great pets for kids..."
This means that Klaus and Wendy, the kids' own rabbits, are spared from execution but the kids are obliged to understand
that Wendy's cute little offspring are - sad to say - doomed.

I once had a flatmate who used to breed "show rabbits" (I kid you not). The good ones got to live, the less perfect ones got bopped over the head and turned into stew.

For many of the restaurants on the outskirts of PP, Prek Leap, Kien Svay, goat is a big seller. I would imagine that for the amount of goats that these places go through, and the clientele that frequent these places, the market is already sown up.

There's an old saying, along the lines of 'breed like rabbits'.
Maybe best to stick to rabbits. Export them and make your fortune.

Frogs are LOUD, much like geese are surprisingly LOUD. FYI, and your neighbors, too.
I believe frogs are easy to rear, the question is plumping them up! Good to be near a swamp, but you can make your own pond. Just have to protect them, they can be eaten by passing birds, etc. Also can escape if floods arrive. Water quality important too, frogs are get sensitive to that.
Goats are ok, but must be walked to different pastures, easy enough. Yes, they exhaust resources, but if they're weeds, that's good! Make sure no one nicks them!
Too hot for some rabbits I saw ... Poor furry animals, panting and staying still ...
Ducks provide bigger eggs, but they can be loud as well. Chicken and quail ok!
