Why do Expats Troll each other in Thailand?

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Why does anybody troll ?
And why is this a problem between expats (not just in Thailand) ? Because "expat" is not one single generic type of person. It's like saying "men" do this, or "women" do that.

IMO, the interaction between the very different groups of expats is what makes the forums interesting, because you interact with people that think differently from you, and who have a different life experience from your own.

But then again, some people have to be right all the time.

Part of it is the privileged WASP ethic..I came here, so you can't. And I was here before you/I make more money than you do, so I must be superior.

Bloody English grammar-school twat mentality.

Seems some in the New World inherited that tendency.

You're right. I could be wrong. :?
Thing is, it doesn't really matter. People shouldn't get so wound up about comments on an internet forum. Right ? ;-)
