turnaround time TR Visa Phnom Peng

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

turnaround time TR Visa Phnom Peng

Post by truffledog »

Has anybody recently applied for a 60 day Thai Visa in Phnom Penh? Is there a magic way/paid service/agent to speed it up (applying in the morning and getting it back same day in the afternoon?) The homepage says 3-5 working days not including the day of submission.

The Thai 30 day on arrival extension in Bangkok was a painless exercise this morning. Three forms filled out, passport photos taken printed and pasted, photocopies of bio page and visa, biometrics taken, payment made, and out the door with an extra 30 days added in 45 minutes.

It does take 3-4 days for a tourist visa and even an agent can't speed it up AFAIK.
