Travel bubbles - NZ / Aust the lucky countries?

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Queensland has opened its borders to all other states except Victoria on 10 July.

Now I was at the Qld and NSW Border this morning and it may have been closed for cars but you can still walk a cross as the border runs down the middle of the street in some places. You can even cross by walking along the beach so they say.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

When I was taking that first photo ,, with one foot in Qld and the other in NSW, a friendly drunken , homeless bum said to me , Don't commit a crime while in that position or the coppers in QLD and NSW will want a leg each from you to put behind bars.. Then he asked if I could spare a dollar. I asked , which side do you live on ? Answer,, NSW. ... Me,,, No , I only give to Qldlanders.
I then coped a earful of abuse from him , saying it took him two days to bum enough to buy a beer and yesterday he didn't even have enough to buy some ciggies.

^^^ it backs up that major study published in the Lancet last week which proved people who choose to live in Queensland are a unique species
- apparently they have no heart at all, just a cold stainless steel machine that pumps ice water thru their leathery hardened veins.

If you are an outsider, never have a problem and need help if you are in Qland - that's a hanging offence up there.

:stir: sorry Dunc
(but its true)
