Phnom Penh has a far better class of yobbos.
This video aside the bloke kept himself to himself. He would use the jean near the market on Soi Bukaeow and feed the stray dogs in the evening. He wasn't getting smashed on Walking Street every night. I saw him in the gym many times but never saw him in any of the bars.
