[EXPLAINED] Thailand Biggest Debt Crisis

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. In that video they say they are concerned about the alarmingly high ratio of Thai household debt to Thai GDP. That ratio is 89.2%.
According to this KT article, the equivalent fogure for Cambodia is 170%.

I wonder how much is "good debt" as opposed to "bad debt"?
