Scottish Muay Thai boxer dies, possible heatstroke.

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

I can crash diet okay if I drink 10 cups of coffee a day and smoke 20.

The only reason you need to crash diet is because you drink too much lol

not at all, crash dieting on a high protein low carbs diet to drop the extra weight, now im a bloated mess sure, but not when i was fighting at 62kg, would walk around at 66/67kg so had to lose around 5kg of bodyfat/fluids, there wasnt much on me as i used to train 3-6 nights a week

i was 70kg in my last fight before i came back out here last year, im probs walking around at 80kg now lol now that is because i drink too much haha :plus1:

used to be in a lot better shape back in the day lol

I'm impressed you can drink a lot being so light. Those are crazy weights, I've never been less than 80 kg since I was about 15.

Work Hard
Play Hard
Train Hard
Fight Easy

lol
You put the effort in in the gym, your extra curricular activities arent so important, i have a physical job which helps also
i used to have a really good metabolism but 13 years of crash dieting etc, has left it a bit shot, hence why i bloat up so much so easily now, Ricky Hatton a perfect example lol

the majority of my weight loss is through exercise, my diet when training for a fight is just enough to keep my engine working efficiently, high protein for muscle repair, low carbs for less water retention

my diet when over here is terrible, my routine of going to the gym is terrible, its why i put on so much weight, guess it gives me something to do when i pop back to England for a few months though ay lol
