air bnb cleaning fees are exorbitant, better stay in a guest house / bar with no cleaning fees and free soap , bottles water , and free clean sheets.Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 2:54 amtheres some places on airbnb that ive considered before that are very reasonably priced for an apartment, i know theres some rooms for rent per month on soi diana near soi bukhao end sure around the 6-7000b per month range, not the quietest of neighbourhoods thoughshnoukieBRO wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 2:00 am Looking for weekly/ monthly price deals on single room. Check out www.bahtsold.com. Here's a link in which I used filters for Pattaya, City Centre, under 15,000 baht/mo (under $500US)

Re: Rooms for rent thailand-Pattaya
Thanks guys.
Seen a nice place at like 12000 per month downtown Soil Buokoi. They can do me 1 weekw for 500 per day so that's OK.
Jomtiem is a bit far out. Never really hanged out there.Maybe I'm missing something?
Wow 6000 Baht PR, that is cheap! Mind you is Phuket entering the rainy season?

that 6,000 baht is year round price.
Pattaya was nice, but its now just a big city with lots of bars, although some great deals on places to stay an food.

Re: Rooms for rent thailand-Pattaya
Thanks PR,
Yea... I don't normally stay too long in Pattaya but I could in a decent place. That 6K Phuket, deal is it for 1 month or 3 month plus stays? A quick look on bantdeals showed cheap deals but for long stays. 3 months plus. Hey I can only get a 2 months visa!

Jomtiem is a good place to stay. Good beach and food. Accommodation can be fairly cheap and good quality. Also going for a night out in town! There is always the 10 baht busshnoukieBRO wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 10:26 am Thanks guys.

Always "hope" but never "expect".
