Public holidays, Thailand

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Public holidays, Thailand

Post by Freightdog »

Are there any actual public holidays in Thailand, this week- That is any time during 5th to 9th October? Or last week- 28th September to 2nd October?

There's a valid reason for asking, which I don't want to bore you with, too much. Suffice to say, a business that I currently have dealings with are supposedly on shutdown this week, and I want to find out if they are spinning some yarn.

No actual holidays. Last Friday (Oct 2nd) was an important Buddhist holiday though.

Thanks. It’s as I thought. I believe China and the other China have some form of holidays this week. I suspect someone is using a subcontractor and are hiding their location.
