a "NOT" happy ending

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

British man dies during Massage at Central Pattaya shop

PATTAYA: -- An 81 year old British National died at a Central Pattaya Massage Shop on Thursday afternoon.

Police and medics were called to the Orra Massage Shop on Soi Baukhao and were directed to one of the massage rooms. Lying on the bed was the body of Mr. Adriano Santarelli aged 81. It is thought he died less than 15 minutes before medics arrived.

An inspection of the room and body showed no obvious signs of foul play. Khun Nutapassorn aged 50 told Police that she was administering massage to his arm when he began to convulse and then he stopped breathing.
hope at least he had a smile on his face

RIP. For the information of this forum, said "Orra Massage Shop" is well known as being full service, as are the other in that general area.

No. I suspect "Khun Nutapassorn" was simply the front lady aka mamasan. The average age in that area would be about 30 with two children, one local Thai boyfriend driving a motodop, and a husband back in Essarn along with of course, extended family obligations and pressure to bring in the money.

Not that it is of equal importance, I actually had a shoulder injury occur during a massage in another area about two weeks ago. It took me three days to work it back to normal, using over the counter muscle relaxers and pain medications including synthetic opium(here over the counter) and codeine from Cambodia. This gentlemen passing away most likely just natural causes, nothing the sex worker did wrong so to speak. With my shoulder, it was in fact caused by the sex worker not knowing what she was doing "massage" wise.(not that any others do either)

Und der Haifisch der hat Tränen
Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht

In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist

I think all massages should include a happy ending.

Although I understand its frowned upon while sitting on those public massage chairs at airports.

No problem, just drape a beach towel over your lap. Problem solved.
