Land of Smiles

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

I would "so much enjoy a hobby like Yong" but we don't get that kind of opportunity with the food here in Cambo John. Take this long running thread for example! Can you imagine doing the same here on the delights or "Yuck' Khmer food on offer. It would be difficult to do a fraction of what these pages offer. Yes there are some good meals on offer in this country and plenty poor ones too. I wonder how far a thread would last on our local and far delights would last, that is in between "wow that was nice, and now I have food poisoning". :stir:
Always "hope" but never "expect".
