curious to see which island is more appropriate for nature/swimming? no party nor drugs.

If you're female, young, blond and attractive, I'd avoid Koh Tao.

Of the two options then Ko Tao. But if you want nature, swimming & not too much nightlife then choose Ko Lanta or somewhere else. It has some beautiful, quiet beaches and more of a local feel.

You can also find some quiet beaches on Ko Tao if you travel away from the touristy areas, nearly impossible on Phi Phi.
