Extremely Drunk Russian Tourist in Thailand (video)

considering the money windfall that would result from being arrested as drunk and disorderly in public, it shows yet again just how dim the BiB are. That guy would have been easy to find and I bet there was at least one cop within easy distance. Plus the fine for walking around half naked in public, and the psychological damage fines for blondies offense.

I have little tolerance for drunken twats like him. I was hoping the entire video that someone would get out of their car and punch the fucker senseless.
