August 21, 2019 Tanyaporn R.
Thai Police successfully arrested 2 drug dealers from England during the same time. Police Colonel Dulyapat Dejpornchayasit and 20 police officers searched a home in Chonburi on the 20th of this month (August 2019) under the power of a search warrant issued by The Pattaya Court No.63/2562 on the 15th of this month.
The police surrounded the house before knocking on the door, a Thai woman named Cherman 24 years old answered the door, the police showed the search warrant before entering and found Luke Timmins 28 years old from England sleeping on the 2nd floor.
Luke has an arrest warrant issued by the UK Ministry of Justice who has sent the notice to nations around the world warning that Luke is wanted on drug dealing charges. Police found 4 bags of cocaine inside Cherman’s handbag coming to a total of 3.71 grams and another bag of cocaine was found in a cabinet weighing 1.11 grams.
The evidence has been seized along with the home worth about 6 Million THB, Mitsubishi car, Honda motorbike, 3 savings account bank books, 2 gold bracelets, and a gold ring. Both Luke and Cherman tested positive for use of cocaine by Urinalysis. Luke stated that he purchased cocaine from a Thai man on Pattaya Walking Street for 2,500 THB per gram.
Luke is the son of Michael Timmins, who was in jail for 6 years after he smuggled Mephedrone into the UK. The Mephedrone was used to make 30 Kilograms of Bath Salts, also known as the Zombie drug.

Milloinare drug dealer jailed for six years for light fittings plot
Millionaire drug dealer Michael Timmins was jailed for six years for plotting to smuggle mephedrone into the country – much of it hidden in light fittings.
Michael Timmins, who has 27 properties, plotted with others to flood the South West with an estimated 30 kilograms of the drug, a court heard.
He plotted to supply 50 kilos of cannabis resin with a street value of £140,000 and was caught with Valium tablets worth between £60,000 and £120,000, Plymouth Crown Court heard in 2014.
Unlike many other dealers, Timmins, who was 46 when he was sentenced, was smart enough to make shedloads of cash legitimately.
His property portfolio made far more money than his drug dealing. But greed drove him to run several elaborate trafficking networks.
In late 2012 detectives launched Operation Malago which looked at the importation of the Class B drug mephedrone – locally known as “bubble” – which was being delivered to an address in Devonport linked to Timmins. A package was intercepted and found to be a kilo of mephedrone – the former ‘legal high’ banned in April 2010.
An estimated 30 deliveries of mephedrone were made – around 30kgs – between December 2012 and September 2013, with a minimum estimated street value of £600,000.
His barrister told the court that Timmins did not import the drugs himself
He added: “His legitimate business interests pay for themselves but did not give him the additional profit he seeks.”

On the same day and during the same time, another team of police officers arrested Daniel Wood 29 years old from England after they were sent information that Daniel was selling drugs in Thailand. He was taking his wife to a temple in Mahasarakham Province at the time of the arrest.
Daniel had no illegal items on him, but he has overstayed his visa in Thailand since 17 October 2016. Daniel has an arrest warrant for smuggling drugs into the UK. He flew to Thailand and married a Thai woman and worked together with Luke selling drugs in Pattaya City.
Both of the men are also connected to Adrian Matthews from the Bandidos MC Gang in Pattaya. Adrian was arrested by the New Zealand Customs with evidence of Ice (Methamphetamine) worth about 17 Million USD in October 2017.
Michael Timmins was jailed for six ears for plotting to smuggle mephedrone into the country. £600,000 estimated street value.
Luke Timmins 4.82 grams of cocaine with a value of 12,500 Thai Baht $408 I can see the similarities too his old man

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
