Drunk British Woman was Confused, Not Raped

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Hahaha! I just think it's funny that most women don't even consider themselves 'feminists' because they know what the term really means these days.

Of course, liberals would have said from the beginning of this "the woman must be believed" and asking her "were you really drunk" would be "victim blaming"

Rape is a social construction. Some say men rape women, I say women rape themselves. I’m raped by my and your governments therefore I am.

I guess he wants to say that he gets his definitions from Breitbart.

Haha, not even close.

My only point is, if 'feminist' just means 'believing in equal rights for women,' why would less than half of women identify as one? I think it's clear that most women know that being a 'feminist' means being a nutter, but maybe they all read Breitbart as well.

Ok, fair enough, GM. I guess the public discussion has been heavily influenced by the far-right. All these interviewed women wouldn't even be able to read, wouldn't it have been for feminists.
