Bangkok Underwater

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Bangkok Underwater

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

After heavy rains on Saturday in Bangkok, there has been flooding, and traffic is paralysed in some areas. Authorities say they are coping.

Mr Aswin said the city was still able to handle the floods as the accumulated rainfall level on the day was only 120 millimetres. City Hall has installed a total of 1,400 water pumps, twice as many as it had before, to drain the rainwater.

The Thais are being punished by God. Here's what they have to look forward to:

1. Water into blood (דָם)
2. Frogs (צְּפַרְדֵּעַ)
3. Lice (כִּנִּים)
4. Mixture of Wild Animals (עָרוֹב)
5. Diseased livestock (דֶּבֶר)
6. Boils (שְׁחִין)
7. Thunderstorm of hail (בָּרָד)
8. Locusts (אַרְבֶּה)
9. Darkness for three days (חוֹשֶך)
10. Death of firstborn (מַכַּת בְּכוֹרוֹת)
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
I may be going to hell in a bucket,
but at least I'm enjoying the ride.

In Pattaya they have the same problem with the [ first road ] frontage road to the beach every time there is a down pour. I would have take a photo or video of it but I ran out of memory on my camera. I had already used up 20 GB on the ladyboys in soi 6.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
