Angry crowd riots on Phuket after 2 killed in police crash

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

presuming the big event has not ALREADY  happened. I like this, shows the lil people have some stones. Tho in the end the family of the teens will probably get a nice settlement, quietly and we'll never hear another thing. It's nice to see the strutting cocks holed up and nervous tho. Perhaps the buffalo are not as complacent as is thought.

Gives me pause for thought tho, I was there JUST after the send Thaky packin coup, then JUST as floodwaters were recdeding in Bkk, then as the Red shirt protests and grenade attacks on Skytrain stations, so I would not be surprised if it happened on my upcoming trip. Prepare yourselves, I'll be there end of November and flying home early March.
