Unusual CEO notifications.

Post by Chad Sexington »

Curious thing today, I’ve had a couple of reply notifications in relation to a CEO topic (The Barber Shop) that I have not posted/commented on.
Is this some kind of account hacking/cyber attack that I should be worried about?
Edit, it’s 4 reply notifications so far.

Is it possible that you have accidentally subscribed to that thread/topic.

Go to your User Control Panel >> Overview >> Manage Subscriptions
It will show if you are subscribed to any particular forum or topic. You can then select the topic and click Unwatch.

How could that have happened?
At the top and bottom of each page is a little spanner (wrench) icon. Click on that to see the options to subscribe.

Hope this helps.

Cheers mate, sorted👍 Not sure how I managed to subscribe to the thread, but undoubtedly my error as I’m a total bonehead when it comes to technology.
