There is a plugin to change between night/day mode, but we don't have it installed.
The downside of that is that it only works with Prosilver theme.

Alternatively, in your User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Global Settings, you can select 'My Board Style" = Black. That might suit, or not.

i use the black and like it :-)

I hate reading white on black. Dayglow green on black is even worse.
